Barberly's loyalty program is made of several parts. You can use each one on its own or combine them.
Components#
- Reward bonuses
- Clients earn points for every completed appointment (1 point = 1 currency unit) and redeem them for rewards.
- Birthday bonuses
- Clients automatically get a discount or a free service around their birthday.
- Individual discounts
- A permanent personal discount that you assign to a specific client.
Reward types#
Reward bonuses and birthday bonuses can give clients one of three rewards:
- Percentage discounts
- A percentage off services.
- Fixed amount discounts
- A set currency amount off services.
- Free services
- A selected service at no charge.
